wood followed by sandy renwau, and yee fong. >> good afternoon, ms. woods. >>> good afternoon, commissioners. i've been living in north beach since 1962. i've continuously used the central subway, but we lost that one. i am just stupefied by some of the lies. i can't believe option 2 was not the favored choice. director rifkin, you were there, i'm sure you remember this rather clearly. we were not notified about this meeting and that these options were going to be presented to you until november 30th. i understand not everybody was notified by mr. funge if these options were going to be put before you. but anyway, i was. and then i've been back and forth with him three or four times about why option 2 didn't appear on the agenda. and the last thing i heard from him was, he thanked me this was the first. thank you for your comments regarding option 2. we'll be presenting all options to our board of -- on december the first. i don't see option 2 anyplace in your agenda. the decision on which option to move forward is now with our board. i was at the meeting all three hours of it

[applause] it is about time. i want to thank francis and fong. i think this is the very first statewide heritage month held with the mayor of san francisco. let me say something about heritage month in san francisco and your mayor. in the old days, you remember san francisco was known for passing all of these anti- chinese ordinances to limit the movement, the productivity of chinese in the city. we know two things. change happens.

and screamed at me like that. and she never checked to see if alex fong went and did that, went and made that inspection. i'm just frustrated and i need some change here, you know. i can't have -- i need, you know, an understanding of this situation. that really just can't go on. for that toxic atmosphere to change. that's why i'm here really. it's potential, hopefully turning point in my life. >> commissioner mar? >> so, here's what it seems that we have to deal with. aside from what you feel is the atmosphere is that if you say you resolve some of the n.o.v.s, we need to see some paperwork about which violations have been resolved. the other thing is if you want more time and a lot of appellants come before us saying they need more time, we need to know that you've pulled or applied for certain permits to get some work done. so, you should have those things. >>> i do. >> well, you need to show it to us. i mean, you need to say, here's the application for an electrical plumbing whatever permit. >>> through the permits -- >> you should have copies. >>> i don't have it. but [speaker
